When a follower suggested Haack’s involvement, referencing her proficiency in HGTV’s renovation programs, Anstead quipped, “Well… after The Flip Off… she owes me one!!!! X,” to which Haack responded with an affirmative, “I’m down .” This exchange underscores the evolved rapport between the former couple, who navigated a tumultuous divorce after their marriage from December 2018 to June 2021.
Their shared commitment to coparenting their five-year-old son, Hudson, is evident. Anstead’s recent social media post, capturing a tender moment with Haack and Hudson at a school event, further attests to their harmonious dynamic. “Our little gentleman CRUSHED his school performance this morning,” Anstead wrote, a sentiment echoed by Haack’s “Sweetest boy” comment.
Haack, presently engaged with businessman Christopher Larocca, has been candid regarding her post-divorce relationship with Anstead. During a February episode of The Flip Off, she revealed a period of limited communication following their separation, which occurred when Hudson was just one year old. However, she emphasized that her subsequent split from Joshua Hall in July 2024 catalyzed a reconciliation.
“After Josh and I split, I went over to his [Anstead’s] house to pick up Hudson and he gave me a huge hug. We hadn’t hugged in years and he said, ‘I am so sorry for everything you are going through and I am here for you no matter what you need,’” Haack recounted. “It was a very nice moment and we had a very long talk after. We decided to put all the BS aside and be good coparents.”
